This document shows the dissociation from the Apple Computer Company partnership of Ron Wayne, the less well-known third founder of Apple, along with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak.
Sort of like being the fifth Beatle.
Check out Article B of the amendment to the partnership agreement, in which Wayne drops out of the partnership for $800. I hope he invested that cash well.
